Membership Freeze and Cancellation Policies
We require 30 day notice by email at email@example.com or walk in for EFT cancellation.
EMAIL IS THE PREFERRED METHOD AND PROTECTS YOU BECAUSE IT IS DATE AND TIME STAMPED.
This is for your protection as well as ours to protect your membership and identity.
We cannot guarantee same package pricing if you cancel your membership or if it lapses due to non payment. Freezing your membership will keep your price.
Loyalty pricing may be utilized with same monthly expiration day each month.
Clients who notify us within 30 days of the date billed are eligible for refunds if an error was made by us while processing cancellation and freeze requests. A copy of your cancellation email is required as proof. No adjustments can be made on accounts incorrectly billed past 90 days.
We have two membership freeze options. You may freeze your membership for any two (2) months in a calendar year
You may freeze your membership once per year for a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of nine (9) consecutive months.
Freeze fee is $7.95 per month payable by EFT or in advance.
With either option your membership will then revert to active status unless you go through the email cancellation process.
We will credit up to $35 IN TANNING DOLLARS back to member at re-sign up, with no sign up fee.
SIGN UP FEE APPLIES IF ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DORMANT 6 MONTHS OR MORE
Why freeze VS cancel?
If you know you will be back (we hope you will be back!) and you are happy with your pricing and package structure we suggest the freeze option. We have many customers who tan part of the year but may take off 1-2 months for holidays or travel. We cannot guarantee pricing unless your membership is frozen.

We do not offer refunds for services that are not used.
When you are on a monthly auto-draft (EFT) membership, you are responsible for paying your dues each month regardless of whether you choose to utilize the service.
If you paid for your membership up front (PIF), you are paying for tanning through a specific expiration date. It is your responsibility to take advantage of the service you have paid for before it expires.
Refunds for a package may be given for documented medical reasons only, within 72 hours of initial purchase. Refunds will be prorated based on days if no services were used OR if services were used refund is given minus retail price of serviced used.
All services, tans, sprays, wraps etc do expire. If you have services that have expired they may be renewed with product purchase at management discretion.
Memberships that are discounted due to a minimum time agreement (for example, 6 month agreement, 12 month agreement) will have a 30 day notice PLUS A CANCELLATION FEE IF CANCELLED BEFORE THE TERM IS UP. The cancellation fee is based upon the current REGULAR EFT price of package purchased, times each month the agreement was in effect. For example, if there is a $15 discount on package purchased due to there being a one year agreement, and you cancel during the fourth month, you will have one more payment deducted (due to 30 day notice) PLUS $15.00 x 5 months of active package= $75 cancellation.

MEMBER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GUEST BEHAVIOR

REGULAR LOTIONS IN THE TANNING BEDS DAMAGE THE ACRYLIC WHICH MAKES US & ANYONE WHO TANS AFTER YOU VERY SAD. IT ALSO MAY MAKE YOU LIABLE FOR COST OF ACRYLIC REPLACEMENT.
ALL PUBLIC AREAS WHERE LEGAL ARE UNDER MONITORED SURVEILLANCE TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW(EXCEPTIONS ARE RESTROOMS & TANNING ROOMS) FOR YOUR SAFETY.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE BUT WE REALLY DON’T WANT TO EXERCISE THAT RIGHT UNLESS WE HAVE TO.
24 HOUR ACCESS MAY BE REVOKED AT ANY TIME.
AS A GENERAL PRACTICE WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON LOTION OR OTHER PERSONAL PRODUCTS. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A PRODUCT YOU NEED TO BRING TO OUR ATTENTION IT MUST BE DONE WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF PURCHASE.
